Parallel video recording with multiple cameras (multi-camera video production)
Multi-camera video production is a main focus of Erfurt Video-, TV-, Medien-Produktion. Several cameras of the same type are used. Basically, at least 4K/UHD is recorded. The video material is edited on high-performance computers using professional software. Erfurt Video-, TV-, Medien-Produktion already offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.
It allows for a more dynamic and visually interesting final product. This allows for more coverage and can make editing and post-production easier. In this case, footage from multiple cameras can be edited together to create a more polished final product. In addition to camera operators, multi-camera productions often require a separate audio team. Multi-camera production can also require additional lighting equipment to ensure consistent lighting across all cameras. Multi-camera production requires careful coordination between camera operators to ensure that shots do not interfere with each other. Multi-camera productions can be used to capture both close-up and wide shots of a subject. In outdoor events, multi-camera production can be used to capture both the performers and the audience. This footage can then be edited and stitched together to create a 360-degree view of the event. |
